Shoaib Suddle Commission had ordered FBR to present the record of bank accounts and tax returns of Malik Riaz, Arsalan Iftikhar and Ahmad Khalil.

The commission would investigate that a man who claimed to distribute millions of rupees had ever paid his taxes or not.
The Federal Board of Revenue had requested the commission to grant it 12-day time for the submission of the record.

Meanwhile, Arsalan Iftikhar submitted his statement to the registrar of the commission although he was not asked to do that.
Arsalan in his statement termed all the accusations leveled by Malik Riaz as baseless. He said that he will appear before the commission when he is summoned. Arsalan also submitted his telephone contact and postal address to the commission.

On the other hand, Malik Riaz said that he does not have confidence in the Suddle Commission however he appeared before it on Monday to respond the issue of notice of contempt of court.

He said that Shoaib Suddle Commission is unconstitutional and he does not accept it.
