Summary At least one person was killed and another wounded in firing incidents in Karachi.
According to details, a watchman Mir Gul was seriously wounded in a firing incident in Zainab Market in Cantt area. He was rushed to Jinnah Hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.
In another incident of violence, some unidentified gunmen opened fire in Chanser Goth and wounded a man. The identity of the injured is not yet known.
Meanwhile, Rangers launched a targeted operationneas Arshi Chowk in Liaquatabad area and nabbed seven suspects. The arrested persons were shifted to some undisclosed location for further investigation.
