Summary Rejecting Shoab Suddle Commission Malik Riaz said Dr Arsalan should be treated like other citizens.
Talking to media persons after appearing before the commission chief executive Bahria Town said he did not trust the Suddle Commission and had pleaded it to stop its proceeding.
“Dr Arsalan should be given the same treatment by law as it gives to ordinary citizens, he said adding he was ready to appear before the Supreme Court but not before Shoab Suddle.
Malik Riaz alleged that Shoab Suddle was being given extension in service under a deal.
Shoab Suddle Commission had summoned Malik Riaz through a notice. On Tuesday Riaz appeared before the commission for the first time after several notices.
It may be remembered that the Supreme Court of Pakistan, reviewing its earlier order, had shifted the investigation of Dr Arsalan Case from NAB to one-man commission.
