Summary Altaf Hussain has demanded of the government to resign over failure to protect lives of the people.
Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) Chief Altaf Hussain Thursday demanded the federal and provincial governments to resign if they were not able to protect the lives of the people of Pakistan.Addressing MQM parliamentarians, Rabita Committee and other activists on Thursday, Altaf Hussain said that the government had failed to protect the lives of Pakistani people.“Supreme Court had told three days ago that Taliban are coming in Karachi,” MQM leader said adding that he also warned the nation about the Taliban threat in Karachi years ago.Altaf Hussain further directed MQM leaders to form vigilance committees in their respective areas in order to keep an eye on the miscreants, who are endangering the peace of the country.“It’s time for people to stand against the evil forces and defeat them with their unity,” he added.
