Summary Dost Muhammad Khosa has not been arrested despite FIR against him, the law said.
The Lahore High Court on Tuesday sought Punjab government’s reply over non-arrest of Dost Muhammad Khosa in Sapna case.During case proceeding, petitioner’s counsel Advocate Ameen Khan, told court that a case has been registered against ex-Punjab chief minister Dost Muhammad Khosa, however, he has not been arrested as yet.The petitioner’s counsel said police are hesitant to arrest Dost Muhammad Khosa because he has political influence.On this, the court directed the Punjab government to submit reply on the next hearing.
