Summary Majlis-e-Wahdat-e-Muslimeen announced three-day mourning over the killings.
Majlis-i-Wahdat-i-Muslimeen (MWM) chief Allama Aftab Jaffery was shot dead on Tuesday along with his associate in the Lines area of Karachi.According to police, some unknown assailants opened fire on Allama Aftab’s car near Parady Street, killing him and his 45-years-old associate Shahid Ali on the spot.In reaction to the raging violence in the city, angry mob blocked MA Jinnah road by burning tyres and torched a bus in protest against Allama’s killing.
