Summary PM Raja Pervaiz attended a luncheon hosted by King Abdullah in honour of world leaders.
The luncheon was arranged in Minah on the occasion of Hajj.Pakistan Prime Minister had a meeting with King Abdullah. According to sources the two leaders exchanged views on matters of mutual interest.The prime minister was accompanied by Federal Minister for Religious Affairs Syed Khurshid Shah, Pakistan’s Ambassador to Saudi Arabia Muhammad Naeem khan and other officials.Saudi ambassador to Pakistan Ibrahim Abdul Aziz al-Ghadeer and other high officials represented by the Saudi side.Raja Pervez Ashraf briefed the King Abdullah about measures being taken by Pakistan for the peace, progress and stability in the region.Pakistan’s role in finding peaceful settlement of Afghan issue also came under discussion.The prime minister conveyed greetings to King Abdullah on behalf of President Asif Ali Zardari.PM Raja Ashraf sought guidance from King Abdullah regarding difficulties being faced by the people of Pakistan.He told King Abdullah that the people of Pakistanis held King Abdullah in high esteem.
