Summary Pilgrims in Mecca have started Haj rituals.
Hajj rituals have been started in Makkah Mukarramah as the pilgrims have put on ‘Ihram’ and will reach in Mina before noon.After overnight stay at Mina and offering Fajr prayers on the ninth of Zulhaj‚ they will proceed to Arafat for the main Hajj ritual‚ ‘Waqoof’.Meanwhile‚ Saudi authorities say they have spent one point five billion Riyals to arrange additional facilities for the pilgrims.These include linking Mina with Jamarat‚ Al-Azizia‚ expansion of the western parts of the Jamarat‚ transfer of the slaughter house of camels and cows to Al-Sharayea in Mina‚ water circulation in Muzdalifah and Arafat.
