Summary A woman threw her 4 children into Rohri Canal before committing suicide by jumping into the canal.
Local police said that the incident took place in Gambat area of the district. The people who were present at the moment called the rescue teams to recover the bodies.“The bodies of a woman and her two children have been recovered while the search is being carried out to recover the bodies of two others,” the officials said.School bags were also recovered from the canal. The reason for this extreme step is not yet known.
