A nine-member larger bench led by Chief Justice Iftikhar Mohammad Chaudhry will hear the controversial memo case.A judicial commission probing the memogate issue had submitted its report on which the counsel for former ambassador Husain Haqqani had filed a review application.The court has issued notices to all parties for Nov 12 instead of Nov 5.
