Summary US State Department spokesperson Mark Toner has said that Pakistanis must unite against terrorism.
US State Department spokesperson Mark Toner while briefing the newsmen termed attack on Malala Yousufzai as an attack on girls’ education in Pakistan.“Terrorists are looking to wipe out or stop these girls from access to education, access to their very basic rights,” he said and added that “it was a clear message to the Pakistani people.” Mark Toner said that people of Pakistan must unite against terrorism.Replying to a question about Abbottabad Commission report Mark Toner said: “we’ve not yet seen the report itself so let’s wait until we have the report and then we’ll be happy to comment on it.”
