Altaf said this addressing the public meeting organized by MQM in Karachi to show solidarity with Malala and two other girls injured in gun attack in Swat.He said attack on innocent girls was a shameful act by Taliban, adding terrorists were brutes not human beings.Altaf asked the people of Pakistan to decide whether they wanted to save the country or not, adding God does not change the condition of cowardly people.“We will have to move forward despite difficulties,” he said.He criticized the religious and political parties of Pakistan for their passivity and criminal silence over acts of terrorism.Paying tribute to Malala he said she was the light of knowledge and daughter of the nation.A large number of people attended the public meeting.Altaf thanked media persons for their arrival in the MQM public meeting.
