Summary Lawyers held prayers for the early recovery of Malala.
The lawyer fraternity is observing strike in protest against attack on Malala Yousafzai, who suffered critical bullet injury in a targeted attack by miscreants in Mingora city of Swat district.The strike was observed on a joint call given by Pakistan bar council, Punjab bar council and supreme court bar council.The lawyers of Lahore, Faisalabad, Multan, Gujranwala, Pindi, Karachi, Sukkur, Quetta, Peshawar and other regions completely boycotted court proceedings.Several condemnation resolutions were passed against the attack on Malala. Meanwhile, prayers were also held for the early recovery of Malala.The lawyers lamented that the government should take effective steps to bring the militants involved in the attack to justice.
