Summary Malik Riaz pleas in Supreme Court that justice cannot be done in presence of CJP Ch Iftikhar.
Sources said that in the petition, Malik Riaz has held the stance that the cases against him in Supreme Court should be delayed till the retirement of Chief Justice Iftikhar Chaudhary.In the petition he has asked for a fair trial under Article 184 of the constitution.He has requested to delay all criminal and judicial cases against him till the CJ Iftikhar holds his office.
