Summary Ex-PM Syed Yousaf Raza Gilani has said that government not the PPP has become helpless.

If the letter to Swiss authorities is written without exemption of president, it would be equal to rebellion, said former prime minister while talking to the media at his residence in Lahore.He said that when the NA speaker’s ruling was rejected and the elected prime minister was ousted, parliament should have raised voice against the illegal and unconstitutional step taken by the establishment.While throwing light on current situation in the country, he said that ‘Bangladesh model’ has become hallmark of the day, adding that verdicts of judiciary are followed while the parliament is being neglected and rejected.He said that he has no grudge with the president or his allies, adding that he decided to leave the presidency when his son was arrested in front of the main gate of president house. When he was sacked, high officials of bureaucracy were also transferred, said Gilani.He said that important decision are being taken above the parliament, adding that he had taken the decision regarding letter to Swiss authorities while keeping in view that stability of the government, party worth and his conscience.He made it clear that if he is involved in the investigation regarding Ephedrine Case, he would confess the crime while setting aside Makhdum Shahab and his son Musa Gilani.
