Summary SC has summoned interior and defence secretaries on Wednesday.
A three-member bench headed by Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry heard the Asghar Khan case on Wednesday.During the hearing Commander Shahbaz on behalf of the ministry of defence presenting the reply in the court said that there exists no political cell in ISI.Chief Justice in his remarks said that political cell was established in ISI in 1975 according to a letter written to attorney general.He said the defence senretary will have to give an explaination over it.he also said all Martial Laws seek legal sanction from the courts.The apex court ordered the interior and defence secretaries to appear before the bench today.
