Summary SC has summoned Rehman Malik in dual nationality case on Wednesday.
A three-member bench of the apex court headed by Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry will hear the case.Earlier, Rehman Malik said in a statement that several members of parliament hold dual nationality.While serving notice to Rehman Malik over his statement, the court directed him to submit the list of all MPs holding dual nationality.The Supreme Court also sought the record of Rehman Malik’s press conference held on September 20 and 21 from information secretary.
