Summary The SC has sought report of NATO containers implementation case from FBR and NAB on October 16.
A three-member bench of the Supreme Court headed by Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry resumed the case hearing Monday .In his remarks, the CJP said that NAB cannot violate judgment of the Supreme Court.Justice Jawad S Khawaja remarked that Rs 69 billion is not a small amount but the departments concerned could not recover it even after two years.The SC granted more time to FBR and NAB and directed to submit the progress report of the case.The hearing was adjourned till October 16.
