Summary Awami Tehreek will observe strike today against tabling of LG ordinance in Sindh Assembly.
Leader of the Awami Tehreek, Ayaz Latif Palejo, has announced to observe strike today across Sindh against tabling of Local Government ordinance in the Sindh Assembly and demanded of the assembly member to reject this ordinance.Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz supported nationalist parties stance towards the issue. Meanwhile, Sindh Bus Owners Association has decided to keep public transport off the road due to strike. In his statement, Mir Afzal Khan, president of the association, said that the decision to keep the public transport off the road was taken due to worsening law and order situation.
