Summary Senator Aitzaz Ahsan has said decision of ex-PM Yousaf Raza Gilanis disqualification was wrong.
The Supreme Court should admit that the president enjoys immunity out of the country, said ex-President Supreme Court Bar.While talking to the media in Lahore High Court, Senator Aitzaz Ahsan said that according to his viewpoint, the Swiss authorities could not be written a letter, adding that he has some reservations regarding aforesaid letter.He said that the government has limited itself by declaring ex-prime minister Syed Yousaf Raza Gilani convicted. Now the apex court is searching an alternative for survival.
