Summary Court extended the interim bail of accused in former LHC murder plot case till September 28.
During the course of proceedings, the accused Tauqeer Shah and Talha Barki told the Special central judge Lahore that they had no link with the murder plot of former chief justice of Lahore High Court, Khawaja Shareef.‘The FIA has filed a baseless and fake case against us’, the accused added.The FIA investigation officer said that the inquiry in the case is still not completed.The court ordered the FIA to complete the investigation immediately while extended the interim bail of the accused till September 28.
