Summary The Supreme Court (SC) will resume the hearing of missing person case today.
A three-member bench of the Supreme Court, headed by Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry will resume the missing persons (from Adiala Jail) case today.During previous hearing the court had instructed the appellant Tariq Asad to appear during next hearing with full preparation so that the case be decided.The apex court will also hear Malik Riaz application in case of Dr Arsalan case in which the court has asked the withdrawal of objection that investigation commission head Shoaib Suddle was involved in Murtaza Bhutto murder case.Meanwhile, the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) is scheduled to hold a high level meeting today at 11:00am to review the implementation of the decision of the Supreme Court of dual citizenship.
