A two member bench of the Supreme Court on Thursday barred Attorney General Ifan Qadir from serving as the prosecutor in contempt of court case against real estate tycoon Malik Riaz.The bench ruled that attitude of AG Irfan Qadir was biased therefore he cannot serve as prosecutor in the case.While talking to media outside Supreme Court, Malik Riaz’s counsel Abdul Basit expressed dissatisfaction over the verdict saying that an intera court appeal will be filed against the judgment.
