Summary PM Raja Pervez Ashraf will appear before the SC on Tuesday in NRO implementation case.
During last hearing on August 27, a five-judge bench headed by Justice Asif Khosa asked Raja Ashraf to reappear before the court on September 18 as the Prime Minster sought time to visit China.Prime Minister Raja Pervez Ashraf would be accompanied by federal ministers of PPP besides leaders of Pakistan Muslim League-Quaid (PML-Q), Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) and Awami National Party (ANP).The Supreme Court last month issued a contempt notice to Prime Minister Ashraf for not implementing its order of writing a letter to the Swiss authorities to reopen a money-laundering case against President Zardari.
