Foreign Office Spokesman says Pakistan has taken all necessary measures to ensure nuclear non-proliferation and extended full cooperation to the international community in this regard.In response to a question regarding comments of Dr A Q Khan carried by a leading newspaper regarding transfer of nuclear technology‚ the spokesman said that the matter had been thoroughly investigated in 2003-04.It had been clearly established that the proliferation activity was an individual act and did not have authorization of any Pakistani government‚ at any stage.The spokesman further said that the so called Dr A Q Khan affair was a closed chapter.
