Summary Six names of witnesses including Chief Justice have been moved against Malik Riaz in contempt case.
Deputy Attorney General Dil Muhammad Alizai submitted the list of witnesses on the part of Attorney General Office.Chief Justice Ifikhar Muhammad Chaudhry, Registrar Faqeer Hussain, Arsalan Iftikhar, ex-prime minister Yousaf Raza Gilani, Ahmad Khalil and Malik Riaz’s son in-law Salman Ali include the list.Malik Riaz was booked in contempt of court case over addressing a press conference. The counsel for Malik Riaz, Dr Abdulbasit had made it clear that he would cross-examine the witness who would be entered by the private petitioner.
