Summary Ch Nisar says he has sent 7 names to the Opposition parties for the office of caretaker PM.
According to Chaudhary Nisar Ali Khan, the list of nominees for caretaker prime minister includes two former judges, four politicians and a lawyer.Talking to media personnel outside the Parliament House on Thursday, he said the opposition would finally propose two names for the post of caretaker prime minister.If the government does not agree upon any of the two names, the Election Commission will be given the prerogative to nominate the caretaker prime minister, he added.He observed that Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf has been informed about the nominees. He said PTI also sent two names to be included in the list of the nominees. According to Chaudhary Nisar Ali Khan, PTI refuted from its stand and said it has not suggested any nominees.Nisar Ali Khan said it is on record that the two names suggested by PTI included Shoaib Suddle and Razzaq Raro.In reply to a question, the opposition leader said he is unwilling to sit with Pakistan People’s Party to discuss the matter because the PPP leaders made false promises with PML-N on the occasion of passage of 20th amendment.Before talking to the media, Chaudhary Nisar stated during the session of National Assembly that concrete steps should be taken to do away with the future devastations like the inferno in factories of Karachi and Lahore.He expressed solidarity with the families of those who lost their lives in the fire-accidents.He strongly condemned the American movie that depicted moral decline. Pointing at the moral depravation displayed in the movie, he noted that the issue should be taken seriously. It is not a frivolous matter and if ignored the “fire” can grip the whole world, he observed.
