Summary The ANF has submitted a report on latest development in ephedrine quota case in Supreme Court.
The report submitted by Anti Narcotics Force (ANF) in Supreme Court stated that it has been proved through investigation that the accused misused a large amount of ephedrine. Zahid Bakhtawari was still on the list of proclaimed offenders while challan against the rest have been presented in the court.According to the report, MNA Hanif Abbasi didn’t cooperate with the investigation team at all and was granted interim bail in Sindh.The report stated that Hanif Raja was doing negative propaganda against the ANF. However,the report didn’t mention the main accused of the ephedrine case, Makhdoom Shahabuddin and Ali Musa.
