Summary LHC has once again warned the Young Doctors against planning a strike.
Justice Ijazul Ahsan of the Lahore High Court (LHC) on Monday restrained young doctors from observing a strike and said they should continue their professional duty.During case proceeding, Punjab government’s counsel while seeking more time from the court, prayed that talks are underway with young doctor’s, however, meeting minutes were yet to be finalised.Azhar Siddiq, the counsel of petition, told court that young doctors have announced to observe strike on September 13 and September 17.The court while expressing its resentment, warned the young doctor’s against planning another strike and also ordered the provincial health secretary to resolve the matter at earliest.The case hearing has been adjourned till September 17.
