The Anti Narcotics Force produced challan against ex-director general Health Asad Hafee in the Lahore High Court Rawalpindi bench regarding Ephedrine Quota Case and declared Makhdoom Shahab, Ali Musa Gilani and Khushnud Akhter Lashari proclaimed offenders.The court has started legal actions against all the aforesaid accused.It has been mentioned in the challan that Asad Hafeez while setting aside all the rules and regulations released the quota for import of 2415 kg prohibited chemical.On the other hand, the court ordered PML-N Hanif Abbasi to go back as he appeared in the court without legal order.
