'UN group's arrival in Balochistan to humiliate us all'

Summary UN Working Group on Enforced or Involuntary Disappearances will visit Pakistan on September 10.

A three-member bench headed by Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry resumed hearing of Balochistan law and order case at SC’s Quetta Registry on Saturday.The chief justice remarked that authorities must improve their state of affairs before the arrival of UN group in Balochistan, that will review the situation of missing persons in the province.He questioned the advocate-general that what would happen if the UN team visits the province and record statements.The chief justice also expressed his resentment over FCs failure to produce Kaho Bugti before the court and demanded that the missing person must be presented in the court at earliest.He said that FCs Commandant of Dera Bugti should be court-martialed if he failed to implement court orders.
