Summary Number of dengue cases in Karachi reached 180 as dengue virus was confirmed in three more patients.
According to spokesman of Dengue Surveillance Cell Sindh, the affected patients are under treatment at private and private hospitals in Karachi.The spokesman informed that a case has been also reported in Hyderabad. So far a 78-year-old woman had died of dengue fever during current year. Medical experts have expressed fear that dengue virus will spread due to recent rains in Karachi.
