Summary ATC has given death penalty twice and life imprisonment to man burned his wife alive in Faisalabad.
According to prosecution, the accused two months ago set his wife on fire by throwing petrol on her over domestic issue in the area Farooq Abad in Batala Coloney.Later, she was taken to hospital but could not survive.Police registered murder case against the accused under PPC and ATA. After legal procedure and statements of witnesses, the court ordered to impose death penalty and life imprisonment on the accused today.The accused have been shifted to central jail Faisalabad.
