Summary A plea for disqualification of Sharjeel Memon from Tharparker constituency has been filed in SHC.
According to media reports, the petitioner, Rana Fiaz-ul-Hassan accused Sharjeel Memon of chanting slogans against judges during the session of Sindh Assembly and making ridiculous statements against them.The petition puts blame on Sharjeel Memon for saying that Chief Justice of Pakistan facilitated extra-constitutional measures, and his apology in this regard is unacceptable.The petitioner holds the stance that such attitude of Sharjeel Memon contradicts Article 68 of the constitution.
