President Asif Zardari has called on United Nations Secretary General Ban Ki-moon and former US President Bill Clinton in New York, Dunya News Tuesday reported. International and regional situations were brought under discussion in the meetings. President Zardari and UN Secretary-General talked about Friends of Pakistan conference. The meeting also discussed the recent progress of UN Commission investigating the assassination of Benazir Bhutto. President Zardari also met with former American president Clinton. Clinton maintained that Pakistans role in War on Terror was very important. The former US president said Pakistan would be provided with assistance for investment, and that he himself would tour Pakistan next year. Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi, Asfand Yar Wali and Pakistans Ambassador in US Hussain Haqqani were also present in the meeting.
