Summary Nominated accused in Akbar Bugti murder case, Aftab Sherpao and Jam Yousaf appeared in the court.
Both of them moved an application, seeking for recording of their statements before the court.Ex federal minister for interior Aftaf Sherpao and ex Balochistan CM appeared in the High Court for pre-arrest bail. The court has extended the date of Jam Yousaf’s interim bail till October 1 while Aftab Sherpao has been directed to appear in the court tomorrow on Tuesday.Talking to the media, Aftab Sherpao said that he has complete trust in courts.Jamil Bugti, the son of Akbar Bugti, had nominated six accused including Pervez Musharraf. At this Anti Terrorism Court issued arrest warrant of nominated accused but only two of them produced in the court.During hearing, Justice Jamal Mandokhail while showing his resentment said that if investigation institutions and law enforcement agencies showed negligence in this way, all the accused would get free.Next hearing of the case would be on October 1.
