Summary DSP Police was arrested over waving his weapon in the Supreme Court's Karachi Registry.
According to sources, after hearing of out of turn promotion case, the petitioner Malik Maqsood picked his Kalashnikov out of his van and started waving it in the Supreme Court.At this, security guard not only arrested him but also shifted to somewhere else.On the other hand, the DSP, Malik Maqsood was of the view that an officer who got out of turn promotion tortured him on the precinct of the court after which he was bound to have his arms.Furthering his statement, he said that he had no intention to hit the Chief Secretary or any other official. So far as the officials enjoying out of turn promotion are concerned, they rushed to the building of Supreme Court and arranged for their security.
