Saudi Arabia has freed five Pakistanis who were arrested in drug smuggling case, Dunya News Monday reported. Federal Interior Minister, Rahman Malik disclosed that released Pakistanis would be in Pakistan from five to six days. Addressing a press conference in Islamabad, Malik showed gratitude to the Saudi Government for its matchless cooperation in connection with the release of innocent people. Malik told that FIA team would bring these people back from Saudi Arabia within few days. Malik maintained that on Prime Minister Yousaf Raza Gilani request, Pakistanis got an unconditional release. Prince Naif played an important role in the release, he added. The minister refused to confirm the death of Ilyas Kashmiri, adding that seven groups of Taliban were having infighting at the moment. We will kill those who survive the infighting, he asserted.
