Summary Supreme Court disposed off the application filed for disqualification of Chaudhary Nisar Ali Khan.
A two-member bench of Supreme Court headed by Justice Nasir-ul-Mulk heard the petition about disqualification of opposition leader in National Assembly, Chaudhary Nisar Ali Khan.The applicant Shahid Orakzai challenged the ruling of Islamabad High Court holding the stance that the immediate family members of Chaudhary Nisar have American nationality, so he should be disqualified from the seat of Member National Assembly.However, appeal was disposed off, as the applicant could give no legal grounds supporting his point.
