Summary The NEPRA on behalf of KESC filed two petitions to increase electricity rate by 27 paisa per unit.
The hearing on the two petitions will be held on August 31 in Karachi.The National Electric Power Regulatory Authority (NEPRA) will allow Karachi Electric Supply Company (KESC) to increase 27 paisa per unit in power tariffs under monthly fuel adjustment after hearings on the petitions in this regard.
