Flash floods caused by heavy rain have wreaked havoc in Nowshera District killing three people and sweeping away dozens of animals in Pabbi.At least 11 people have been reportedly injured.The water entered the houses after drains overflowed as a result several walls and houses built of mud were razed to ground.The District Administration with help of local people have started relief operation in the affected villages.
