Summary Information Minister said that government will continue talks to resolve Balochistan issues.
Talking to media in Quetta on Saturday along with other members of the cabinets special committee on Balochistan‚ he said in spite of being innocent‚ President Asif Ali Zardari apologised to the people of Balochistan for the injustices done to them in the past.He said during the visit‚ the committee will review measures that can help resolve the issues in the province.To a question‚ he dispelled the impression that the government has done nothing to resolve the issue. He said the PPP government presented Aghaz-e-Huqooq-e-Balochistan package to remove the sense of deprivation of the people of the province.Kaira said the slogan of independence being chanted by a handful of people is not a popular demand in the province.The Minister said the committee will present its recommendations to the federal cabinet for implementation.
