Khwaja Sharif case: LHC orders not to arrest accused

When LHC Justice Anwarul Haq started hearing of the case, Khawaja Haris, the counsel for the accused Touqueer Shah and Talha Barki told the court that the case filed against his clients was fake and fabricated which had nothing to do with the reality while the FIA has registered case against them but did not hand over even copy of the FIR of the case to them for legal action.He court while directing Deputy Attorney GeneralIftikhar Shahid to hand over copy of FIR to the learned counsel ordered that the accused should not be arrested for one day more.The hearing of the case has been adjourned for one day more.
