A three member bench of the Supreme Court headed by Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry on Tuesday resumed hearing of the case against the appointment of former Chairman of OGRA Tauqeer Sadiq.During case proceeding, National Accountability Bureau (NAB) submitted its report in the court regarding appointment of the former chairman of Oil & Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA)NAB investigation office told court that Tuqeer Sadiq is hiding in Lahore and Punjab Police is not cooperating in his arrest.NAB official also said that Supreme Court on February 17, 2011 ordered keep the gas prices unchanged, however, OGRA authorities before SC’s notice issued the price hike notification.Tauqeer Sadiq, Member Gas Muzaffar Ali and Member Finance Mir Kamal Murri are involved in the corruption, the official said.
