Summary Sindh government filed the appeal at SCs Karachi Registry on Monday.
Sindh government has filed a petition in the Supreme Court against Sindh High Court’s order regarding holding the local government elections within 90 days.The plea prayed the court to stay the SHC’s order until a verdict comes on the appeal of the provincial government.The plea furthermore states that local governments elections have not been held in other provinces as yet, adding however, Sindh government is currently in consultation process in this connection.
