Summary Three youths have experienced to drive a car by water and petrol in Azad Kashmir.
All the three engineers are of the view that 60% water and 40% petrol is turned into gas by special kit which has capacity to run any vehicle.They also have claimed that the car run by this technique may run by 300 km.It is worth mentioning that this method is devoid of any pollution.They concluded that they have been experiencing this technique for three months in London.
