Sindh Governor Dr. Ishratul Ibad Khan said that seven Pakistani hostages were released from the captivity of Somali pirates.Addressing a news conference in Karachi‚ he said the release of the Pakistani crew of M V Al-Bedo‚ a Malaysian flagged ship became possible after persistent efforts.He appreciated citizens Police Liaison Committee Chief Ahmed Chinoy and other people for their efforts and assistance for the release of the hostages.M V Al-Bedo was hijacked by Somali pirates in November‚ 2010.
