Summary Supreme Court has rejected the reply moved by SP Faisal Memon in Arsalan Iftikhar review case.
SP Faisal Memon said in his reply that he had appeared in the court as SP Rural in suo motu notice as the SP Operation had given him an assignment to appear before the court in this regard.The Supreme Court has rejected the reply moved by SP Faisal Memon on legal grounds.It is worth mentioning that the Supreme Court has sought an explanation from SP and JIT member Faisal Memon as why he was on protocol duty with Malik Riaz on his arrival to the apex court on June 12.
