Summary Supreme Court has asked govt to control target killing and kidnappings in Balochistan.
In a short-order the Supreme Court said federal and provincial governments had assured to take steps to bring peace in Balochistan.The court directed that police, district administration and law enforcement agencies must make efforts for peace in Balochistan and to deal with target killers with an iron hand.The court said situation in Balochistan was fast deteriorating and people were being killed and kidnapped.Earlier Chief Secretary Balochistan said that the most sensitive area in Balochistan wa Dera Bugti.He said Dera Bugti had become a no-go area and media and civil society cannot visit it.The court adjourned the hearing of the case till September 3. Next hearing of the case will be held in Quetta.
