Summary Supreme Court Wednesday heard the Arsalan cases review petition.
In his remarks to a question Justice Khwaja Awais said SC Registrar had nothing to do with the case.To this advocate Sardar Ishaq said this has been done in order to defame the Supreme Court.Justice Khawja asked the lawyer of Dr Arsalan who should investigate the case if he distrusted the Joint Investigation Team.To this Sardar Ishaq said a retired judge or bureaucrat should hold investigation into the case.
